Born on August 8, 1958, Karen enjoyed knitting and crocheting. ; Survivors include her husband, Tim Blanchard of Corpus Christi; mother, Earline Breaux of New Iberia; daughters, Lacy Blanchard of Corpus Christi, Chantel Blanchard of Corpus Christi; sister, Sandra Migues and husband Todd of New Iberia; brothers, Aaron Breaux and wife Denise of New Iberia, Mark Breaux and wife Beverly of New Iberia, Pat Breaux and fianc Cindi of New Iberia; grandson, Camden Blanchard. ; She was preceded in death by father, Louis Breaux, Jr., grandparents, Louis Breaux, Sr., Corinne Breaux, Essie Delcambre, and Mae Delcambre. A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday from 9:30 AM until 8:30 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd, in New Iberia.
