Breaux Bridge A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am, on Friday, February 7, 2014, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in Breaux Bridge, for Kim Michael Kidd, 59, who passed away on Monday, February 3, 2014, at Regional Medical Center of Acadiana. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 8:00 am until 10:45 am on Friday at Pellerin Funeral Home, 211 Berard St., Breaux Bridge, LA 70517. Deacon Marcel "Butch" Hebert will conduct the Memorial Service. Mr. Kidd was an Assistant District Attorney with the 16th Judicial District Attorneys Office, serving Iberia, St. Mary, and St. Martin Parishes. He was an avid fan and supporter of the University of Louisiana - Lafayette Baseball team. In his free time he enjoyed reading and working crossword puzzles. He is survived by his companion, Liz Landry; his son, Joshua Kidd and wife, Jennifa; two daughters, Morgan Trowbridge and husband, Toby, III, and Megan Kidd and fianc, Elliott LeBlanc; three brothers, Roderick Kidd and wife, Patty, Keith Kidd, and wife, Sara, and Coye Kidd; and four grandchildren, Toby Trowbridge, IV, Rebecca Trowbridge, Jaydan Kidd, and Julien Kidd. He is preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca Kidd; and his parents, Roland and Catherine Bergeron Kidd.
