Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, April 8, 2011 , in Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel for Kyle Douglas Carlisle, 36, who died on Sunday, April 3, 2011 at his residence. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Kyle was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He enjoyed listening to Cajun music and hanging around with his friends. Survivors include his mother, Linda Patin Carlisle of Breaux Bridge; two brothers, William J. Carlisle and his wife, Melissa, of Baton Rouge, and Chad E. Carlisle and his wife, Cathy, of Sunset; two sisters, Sherri Howard and her husband, Charles, of Lafayette, and Nicole Rene Mire and her fianc, Phillip, of Breaux Bridge; and his companion, Lisa Cramer of Breaux Bridge. He was preceded in death by his father, John Douglas Carlisle; his maternal grandparents, Gilbert and Annette Broussard Patin; and paternal grandparents, Joseph William Carlisle and Katherine Sally Hoffpauir. A gathering of family and friends will be held at the funeral home on Friday, beginning at 11:30 a.m. and continue until time of service. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
