Rynella ;- A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM, on Saturday, March 21, 2009, at St. Marcellus Catholic Church in Rynella, for Lena Dubois Stoltz, 81, who passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 in New Iberia. ; Entombment will follow in the church mausoleum. ; Rev. Donovan Labbe will be the Celebrant. ; Born on August 17, 1927 in New Iberia, Mrs. Stoltz enjoyed sewing, playing cards, especially pokeno, and going to the casino. ; Survivors include her sons, Mark Stoltz and wife Jan McJimsey Stoltz of New Iberia, and their children Maria, John, Joel, and Jade; son, Gene Stoltz and wife Karen Lake Stoltz of Saraland, Alabama; niece, Abigail Pellerin Breaux and husband Randy and their children Yates and Luke; nephew, Clayton Pellerin and wife Elaine; nephew, Bruce Pellerin and wife Stephanie; brother, Howard Dubois and wife JoAnn and their children Simon, Sean, and Sara. ; She was preceded in death by her husband, James J. Stoltz; parents, Louis and Rosita Delcambre Dubois; sister, Martha Dubois Pellerin. ; Pallbearers include Gene Stoltz, Mark Stoltz, John Stoltz, Jim Fisher, Shaun Dubois, and Clayton Pellerin. ; Honorary pallbearers include Ronnie Dartez and Jimmy Hebert. ; A gathering of family and friends will be Friday from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd, in New Iberia. A rosary will be prayed at 6:30 PM Friday.
