Lafayette - Graveside services will be held at 12:00 p.m., on Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at ;Greenlawn Memorial Cemetery in Lafayette, ; for Lily Alexandra Smith, infant daughter of Jake and Allie Mahfouz Smith, of Lafayette, who died on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at East Jefferson Parish Hospital. Lily is also survived by two sisters, Ava-Kate Smith and Adelynn Smith; her paternal grandparents, Jim and Gail Smith of LaPlace; maternal grandparents, Charlie and Julie Mahfouz of Lafayette; paternal great grandmother, Yvonne Guilbeau Joseph of Lockport; and maternal great grandparents, Huey and Mary Ann Miller of Lafayette. She was preceded in death by her paternal great grandparents, Joe Joseph and Roy and Evelyn Smith; and her maternal great grandparents, Payne and Edith Mahfouz.
