Linda Suire Bourque

New Iberia Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM, Friday, December 20, 2013, at Highland Baptist Church in New Iberia, for Linda Suire Bourque, 64, who died on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 in New Iberia. Entombment will follow in Holy Family Cemetery. Rev. David Denton will officiate. A gathering of family and friends will be Friday from 9:00 AM until 2:30 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home, in New Iberia. Born on March 12, 1949, Mrs. Bourque was a native and lifelong resident of New Iberia. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Nolan John Bourque of New Iberia; daughters, Julie Bourque and husband Kirk of New Iberia, Stacie Pourciau and husband Shawn of New Iberia; brother, Robert Suire and wife Connie of New Iberia; sister, Janell Uhall and husband Ted of New Iberia; half sister, Meverly Landry and husband Craig of New Iberia; half brother, Ricky Suire and wife Kristi of Lafayette; grandchildren, Kayla Pourciau, Lane Pourciau, Kori Pourciau, Karli Pourciau, Brttani LeBlanc, Lexi LeBlanc, and Kennedie Bourque She was preceded in death by her father, Francis Suire; mother, Marie Fremin Derise; step father, Alton Derise; brothers, Allen Suire and Raymond Suire. Pallbearers will be Lane Pourciau, Shawn Pourciau, Kirk Bourque, Robert Suire, Ted Uhall, Jr., and Mike Uhall. Honorary pallbearers include Kayla Pourciau, Kori Pourciau, Karli Pourciau, Brittani LeBlanc, Lexi LeBlanc, and Kennedie Bourque.
