Lindberg 'LJ' Terrebonne

Arnaudville A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Golden Meadow, Louisiana, for Lindberg "L.J." Terrebonne, 86, who passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2014, at J. Michael Morrow Memorial Nursing Home, in Arnaudville. Mr. Terrebonne, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Arnaudville, honorably served his country in the United States Army and was retired from the United States Postal Service. He was known as a local legend of Golden Meadow and was a former volunteer fire fighter in his hometown. L.J. was a people person and enjoyed singing and loved spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by two sons, Toby Terrebonne and wife, Aline, and Phillip Terrebonne; one step son, Scott Landry; two step daughters, Rebecca Landry and Julie Landry; 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Linda Vega Terrebonne; his son, Mark Terrebonne; his daughter, Linda Terrebonne Vizier; his parents, Edison and Marie Broussard Terrebonne; four sisters and three brothers.
