Loretta Daigle Lamperez

New Iberia A Graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm, on Tuesday, July 8, 2014, at Holy Family Cemetery in New Iberia, for Loretta Daigle Lamperez, 77, who passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2014, at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 8:00 am until 2:15 pm on Tuesday at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia. A rosary will be recited at 11:00 am on Tuesday. Rev. Gregory Chauvin will officiate at the Graveside Service. Loretta enjoyed going to Mass with her friends and spending time with her sisters. She cherished every moment spent with her children and grandchildren. She is survived by three sons, Richard Daigle and wife, Monica, Phillip Lamperez and wife, Kay, and Tommy Lamperez and wife, Tammy, all of New Iberia; two daughters, Barbara Derouen and husband, Mark, of New Iberia, and Sherry Lamperez and fianc, Loren Romero, of St. Martinville; one brother, Jessie Daigle and wife, Rita, of Henderson; two sisters, Mary Bertholot of New Iberia and Lena Daigle of Lafayette; 13 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert Joseph Daigle and Lucette Guidry Daigle; her husband, Doris Lamperez, Sr.; two sons, Doris Lamperez, Jr. and Dave Lamperez; her daughter, Shelia Lamperez; and a grandson, Cordel Lamperez. Pallbearers will be Blake Daigle, Drey Romero, Gil Lamperez, T.J. Lamperez, Derick Lamperez, and Brandon Castille. Honorary pallbearers will be Cody Romero, Glenn Bertholot, and Casey Lamperez.
