Mary Calais

Cecilia- Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon, on Saturday, June 4, 2011, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Cecilia, for Mary Viola Robicheaux Calais, 71, who passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at her residence. Fr. Peter Emusa will officiate at the funeral Mass. Interment will follow at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery. Mary was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and a devoted friend to everyone. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, and being surrounded by her family and friends on any given occasion. Survivors include two daughters, Fey Calais and Jill Pratt and her husband, Michael Pratt, Sr.; one sister, Barbara Potier; three grandchildren, Kaysha Calais, Olivia Pratt, and Michael Pratt, Jr.; and one great grandchild, Ryan Anthony Richard. She was preceded in death by her parents, Macklin and Gertrude Chevalier Robicheaux; and four brothers, Rogers, Harold, Lloyd, and Larry Robicheaux. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home on Saturday beginning at 7 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. A Rosary will be recited at 10 a.m. Pallbearers will be Ronald Brown, Eric Chavis, Keil Kennerson, Michael Pratt, Sr., Michael Pratt, Jr., Patrick Williams, Joseph R.
