New Iberia ;- Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, on Wednesday, January 28, 2009, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in New Iberia, for Mary Louise Cuvillier, 89, who passed away on Monday, January 26, 2009 in New Iberia. ; Interment will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. ; Rev. Mark Gondron will officiate. ; Born on September 6, 1919, Mrs. Cuvillier enjoyed sewing, making dolls, and working crossword puzzles. ; Survivors include her husband Russell Cuvillier, Sr. of New Iberia; son, Roy Sherburne of Canada; daughter, Barbara Knebel of Michigan City, Indiana; step sons, Russell Cuvillier and wife Belinda of Youngsville, Ronnie Cuvillier and wife Myrna of Patterson, Bobby Cuvillier of Patterson; step daughter, Gloria Cuvillier of New Iberia; several grandchildren and several great grandchildren. ; She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Charles and Wihelmina Louise Vandezande; son, Clance Robert Lloyd; brothers, Bob Vandezande, Leroy Wayman. Pallbearers will be Ryan Cuvillier, Blake Cuvillier, Darren Cuvillier, Christopher Collins, Shane Greene, and Clance Lloyd. ; The family would like to extend special Thanks to Heart of Hospice and the staff of New Iberia Manor Nursing Home for their compassion and care. A gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday from 4:30 PM until 9:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd, in New Iberia.
