Mia Patin Aucoin

Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, April 24, 2005, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge for Mia Michelle Patin Aucoin, 24, who died Friday, April 22, 2005. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Cecilia. Survivors include her husband, Scott Aucoin of Kenner; her daughter, Kaylee Aucoin of Lafayette; her mother, Cheryl LeBlanc of Lafayette; her father, Richard J. Patin of Cecilia; her sisters, Megan Patin of Metairie and Maddi Patin of Lafayette; her maternal grandmother, Goldie Comeaux of Lafayette; her paternal grandmother, Mavis Patin of Cecilia; and her great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Marcel Comeaux of Carencro. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Pee Wee LeBlanc; and her paternal grandfather, Joseph Patin. The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 2 PM - 10 PM on Saturday and continue at 8 AM on Sunday until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7 PM Saturday evening. Pallbearers will be Troy LeBlanc, Richard Patin, Dan Markel, Jiles LeBlanc, Laik Patin and Dustin Degetaire. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that all donations may be made to the Kaylee Aucoin Education Fund, P.O. Box 51768, Lafayette, LA 70505. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
