Breaux Bridge - A private memorial service will be held for Michael Courville, 79, who passed away May 30, 2024.

Michael was born on December 14, 1944. He enjoyed the simple things in life - hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. He found joy living on the river and embracing the nature around him. Michael will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his son, David "Sean" Courville; daughter, Nancee Courville; grandchildren, Erin Fontenot (Cody), Katelyn Courville and Pacey Courville; and one great-grandchild, Heidi Fontenot.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Austin and Eda Rider Courville; and two siblings, Phillip Courville and Francis Fontenot.
