Michael "Miguel" Morrogh

Miguel Morrogh is at rest with his Lord and Savior after leaving us with the perfect example of how to fight humbly and courageously.  He loved with all his heart and cherished friendships, family and a simple life.

He was the owner and operator of MP Morrogh Truck and Tractor which he established in 2003. From a young age Miguel loved playing in dirt and tinkering with trucks, tractors, and just about anything with a motor and tires, often working side by side repairing atv’s and motorcycles with his Parain, Albert Simon. He operated a successful business, taking great pride in each job. His customers became his friends. Miguel loved the outdoors and worked and played from sunup to sunset. If he wasn’t working, he was in his shop organizing, fixing equipment, or working on a new project. He rebuilt a 1969 Red Chevy truck, an outstanding accomplishment that he was very proud of. He inspired others, including his nephews, to do the same. He enjoyed weekends with his family and friends riding and playing on trails and mud pits in his customized razor. Miguel loved fishing and hunting. He was a 3rd generation owner of the Attakapas Camp and a board member of the Attakapas Hunting Club.

Miguel was a devoted and loving husband, father, brother, godfather, and uncle. He married Susan LeBlanc, the love of his life in 1998.  Sue was his soulmate and best friend. He was so proud of his children, Danielle “Dani”, Micah, and Maddox. He cherished the uniqueness and talents of each of them. They learned valuable lessons of love, patience, and hard work which they will treasure always. All who knew and loved him agree that he told the best stories and had an amazing character.
