New Iberia Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, October 8, 2013, at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia, for Nichole Marie Landry, 32, who died Wednesday, October 3, 2013 in New Orleans. Interment will be at a later date. Rev. Ed Degeyter will officiate. A gathering of family and friends will be Monday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home, in New Iberia. A rosary will be prayed at 6:30 PM Monday. Visitation will continue on Tuesday from 8:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Born on October 19, 1980, Nichole was a native and lifelong resident of New Iberia. Her hobbies included dancing, drawing, and coloring. Survivors include parents, Frank and Vicky Delcambre Landry, Jr. of New Iberia; grandparents, Sanford Delcambre, Jr. of New Iberia, Norma Faye Delcambre of New Iberia; aunts, Tina Romero and husband Curtis of New Iberia, Verlon Romero and husband Raymond of New Iberia, Darlene Crochet of Lafayette, Bonnie Provost and husband Wayne of Loreauville, Priscilla Landry of New Iberia, Aggie Broussard and husband Tony of Loreauville, Kathy Broussard of New Iberia; godchild, Dakota Morvant of New Iberia; and her family pets, Sadie, Sweet Pea, Susie, Gracey, and Layla. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Frank Cecil Landry, Sr., and Alice David Landry; and her great grandmother, "Granny" Irene Barrilleaux Gachassin who loved her very much and took care of her.
