Pamela Megas Thomassee

Cecilia - A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, on Saturday, April 15, 2023, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cecilia, for Pamela Megas Thomassee, 79, who passed away on April 8, 2023, in Webster, TX.
 
A visitation will take place at the funeral home in Cecilia on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
 
A rosary will be prayed at 9:30 AM on Saturday. 
 
Deacon Ken Soignier will officiate at the funeral service.  Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. 
 
Pamela was born on July 31, 1943, in New Orleans, Louisiana. She worked as an office administrator and was also the most compassionate caregiver. She enjoyed cooking alongside her beloved husband, Paul, baking, and going to the casino. Pamela was a devout Catholic and her faith was tremendous. Being a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend, she truly cherished her time spent with her family. She will be deeply missed. 
 
She is survived by her son, Paul Thomassee (Lisa) of Lithia, FL; daughters, Marie Kathleen Chapa (Andres Garcia) of Pasadena, TX and Kim Karstrom (Tom Tinker) of Pearland, TX; grandchildren, Tina Chapa, Chelsea Chapa, Dewayne "Boogie" Chapa, Somer Brown, Danielle Flores, and Ashlynn Karstorm; and her great-grandchildren, Izaiah Chapa, Izavier (Bubba) Chapa, Hanna Barboza, Gabriel Brown, Evelyn Brown, Layla Flores, Anayah Flores, and Micah Brown. 
 
She is preceded in death by her parents, Basilius and Lena "Ota" Buck Megas; husband, Paul Thomassee; and great-grandchildren, Izaac Chapa and Izrael Chapa.
