Pamela "Pam" Theriot Prejean

Breaux Bridge - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at St. Bernard Catholic Church for Pamela "Pam" Theriot Prejean, 63, who passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at her residence. 

A visitation will take place at the funeral home in Breaux Bridge on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, from 11:00 am until 9:00 pm. It will continue on Wednesday from 8:00 am until 9:30 am. 

A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 pm on Tuesday evening by Deacon Marcel "Butch" Hebert. 

Father Reed Bellingham will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Readers will be Melissa Prejean and Sharon Delahoussaye. Gift Bearers will be Monica Theriot and Mildred Courville. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2. 

Pam was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister, who leaves behind many cherished memories. She was a dedicated homemaker and loved spending time with her family. Pam enjoyed playing cards and watching the Saints. Above all, she loved playing UNO with her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. 
 
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Steven Prejean; son, Joshua Prejean; daughter-in-law, Melissa Prejean; brother, Shane Theriot (Monica); grandchildren, Bentley Prejean and Baylen Prejean; and nephews, Aaron Knott (Sharon) and Hunter Theriot. 

She is preceded in death by her son, Jeremy Cy Prejean; parents, Francis Theriot and Melba Quebedeaux Theriot; sister, Peggy Knott; paternal grandparents, Arile and Amance Theriot; and maternal grandparents, Romo and Rosa Quebedeaux. 

Pallbearers will be Shane Theriot, Hunter Theriot, Aaron N. Knott, Dale Gravouilla, Courtney Gravouilla, and Corey Courville. 

Honorary Pallbearers will be Steven Prejean, Joshua Prejean, Chad Taylor, Troy Theriot, Bentley Prejean, and Baylen Prejean.
