Paul Guidroz

Breaux Bridge - Paul Dexter Guidroz, 72, died on Friday, January 9, 2009 at his residence. Paul was a graduate of Breaux Bridge High School and received his Bachelors Degree in Geology from S.L.I. (now U.L. of Lafayette). He had a passion for sports and was an avid collector of pipes. Survivors include his nieces, Brenda Blanchard Rogers, of Lafayette, and Karen Blanchard Noel, of Lawtell; three great nieces, Katie Euwing, of Lawtell, Taylar Rogers and Tara Rogers, both of Lafayette; and one great nephew, Tucker Rogers, of Lafayette. He was preceded in death by his parents, Derneval and Mildred Hollier Guidroz; and his sister, Catherine Blanchard. Pellerin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
