Breaux Bridge - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, July 2, 2014, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge, for Paul Ronald Roseberry, 73, who passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2014, at St. Martin Hospital. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm on Tuesday and continue at 8:00 am until 2 pm on Wednesday. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm on Tuesday. Rev. Michael DeBlanc, Associate Pastor of St. Genevieve Catholic Church, will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Scriptures will be read by Danielle Huval and Jenise Lasseigne. Gift Bearers will be Rene Boudreaux and Hailey Taylor. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Mr. Roseberry was retired from Cargill Salt Mine. As a pastime he enjoyed going fishing and loved to go dancing. He was a hard-working man and a very devoted father who loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is survived by two sons, Keith Roseberry and his wife, Maria, and David Hebert and his wife, Jill; two daughters, Loretta Barras and her husband, Kevin, and Laura Hebert; three brothers, Leroy Roseberry and his wife, Laniey, Russell Roseberry and his wife, Kristine, and Harold Roseberry; three sisters, Mable Theriot, Linda Williams, and Ethel Babineaux; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren; and he will be missed by his dog, Sam. He is preceded in death by his wife, Eva Dell Hebert Roseberry; his parents, Gilbert and Enid Gary Roseberry; his son, Ronald Paul Roseberry; three brothers, Joe, Wilbert, and Donald Roseberry; his sister, Marie Latiolais; and his sister-in-law, Sandy Roseberry. Pallbearers will be Keith Roseberry, David Hebert, Kevin Barras, Aaron Barras, Austin Barras, and Donald Boudreaux.
