Peggy Joyce Rhoden, a loving caretaker and joyful spirit who never met a stranger, passed away surrounded by family. Peggy's life was rooted in kindness and connection-she had a gift for making people feel seen, welcomed, and cared for. She loved children, doted on animals, and had an eye for beauty that bloomed in her flowerbeds and in every plant she tended. Peggy's style shone through in her love of clothes, but it was her warm heart and generous smile that people remembered most.
A true people person, Peggy found purpose in caring for others. Whether helping a neighbor, comforting a friend, or embracing new faces as if they were old friends, she lived her days with open arms. Her family was her greatest joy, and she cherished every gathering, big or small.
