Arnaudville Funeral services will be held at 11 am, on Saturday, May 31, 2014, at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville, for Raymond "Ronald" James Clues, 60.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 7 am until 10:15 am on Saturday, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge. Interment will follow at St. John Francis Regis Cemetery in Arnaudville.
Raymond Ronald James Clues fell asleep on his mothers birthday May 25, 2014, in the hope of rising again, that he may see God face to face.
He was born on April 6, 1954 in Arnaudville, Louisiana to Joseph Wilfred Sr. and Julia Ruby Clues. Eighteen years later he married Mary Vergie Williams and in this union they had two children, Reginald (Michelle) Clues and Chrystal Clues Alexander; five grandchildren; Ean Leblanc, Jalen Goodie, Eyonna Leblanc, Kohen Clues and Byron Stevens.
Raymond, B.K.A. Ronald, enjoyed cooking, hunting, fishing, Zydeco dancing and entertaining everyone. He also loved anything that was outdoors. He had a loving heart for kids, anything he had they asked for, he freely gave it with a smile.
He is survived by five sisters, Dorthy Abbs of Houston, TX, Gwendolyn Clues Harris of Arnaudville, Priscilla Ann Clues of Houston, TX., Geraldine Clues Thomas of Leonville, Linda Clues (Roland) Joseph of Breaux Bride; two brothers, Joseph Wilfred Jr. (Patricia) Clues of Houston, TX., and David Clues of Breaux Bridge; His loving Companion, Rose Mary Frederick Francis and her two sons Nathaniel (Wanda) Francis of Houston, TX and Marcus (Mable) Francis of Cecilia and a host of nieces and nephews.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents Joseph Wilfred and Ruby Spencer Clues; his brother Rodney Clues; and brother in law Henry Thomas.
