Richard Stubbs, 51, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2014. He is survived by his mother, Betty Stubbs; his daughter, Tara Stubbs; his brother, Floyd "Eddie" Stubbs; his sister, Mary Deanna Stubbs; his step sister, Marilyn Stubbs; and his grandchildren, Phillip Leger, Dillan Leger, Chloe Stubbs, and Harlie Holland He is preceded in death by his father, Floyd Stubbs and his step sister, Sharon Stubbs.
