Ronnie Joseph Louviere, Sr.

New Iberia – Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm, on Monday, April 6, 2026, at Pellerin Funeral Home, for Ronnie Joseph Louviere, Sr., 71, who passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2026

Entombment will be at a later date.

Deacon Durk Viator will officiate.

Visitation will be held on Monday, from 9:30 am until 2:00 pm, at Pellerin Funeral Home. A rosary will be prayed at 1:15 pm on Monday.

A native and lifelong resident of New Iberia, Mr. Louviere, was born on December 14, 1954, to the late Laodice and Eunice Meyers Louviere. He retired from the oilfield and then lived a peaceful life at Avery Island. Mr. Louviere was a loving man and father who will be deeply missed.

Survivors include his sons, Scottie Louviere (Brandi) of Broussard, Shawn Louviere (Jessica), Seth Louviere (Kyra) of Broussard, and Ronnie Joseph Louviere, Jr. (Nicole) of New Iberia; former wife, Connie Bouillion Louviere of New Iberia; grandchildren, Kayleigh, Tayloer, Logun, Gavin, Megan, Cameron, Aubrey; eight great-grandchildren and one due to arrive in July; brothers, Russell "T-Boy" Louviere and Laodice "Terry" Louviere (Cheryl).

In addition to his parents. he was preceded in death his sisters, Mary Ann "Poopie" Tims and Elaine Milliman.
