BreauxBridge - A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 pm, on Thursday, August 23, 2012, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in Breaux Bridge, for Rose Boudreaux Adami, 59, who passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2012. A gathering of family and friends will be observed at the funeral home from 5:30 pm until 7:00 pm on Thursday. Rose loved reading and camping. A strong and supportive advocate for the protection of animals from cruelty, she enjoyed being around her animals. Rose was a joyful, humble, caring and compassionate person who lived life to the fullest and loved helping people in any way she could. She was a longtime supporter of the Lakota - St. Joseph's Indian School, of which she was a recipient of a Certificate of Appreciation for her efforts in assisting them. She is survived by her companion, Craig Patin of Breaux Bridge; her son, Mark Adami and his fiance, Lissy Hernandez, of Broussard; her brother, Charles Boudreaux of Judice; and her sister, Florence Boudreaux of Broussard. She is preceded in death by her father, Joseph Durois Boudreaux; her mother, Annaise Sanchon Boudreaux; her brother, R.J. Boudreaux; and a sister, Mona Duhon.
