Breaux Bridge A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm, on Sunday, October 19, 2014, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in Breaux Bridge, for Sean McDowell, 55, who passed away on Monday, October 13, 2014. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 11:00 am until 12:45 pm on Sunday, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge. Inurnment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Lafayette. Sean honorably served his country in the United States Army. He enjoyed watching football and movies. Sean loved spending time with his family, most especially his grandchildren. He is survived by his son, Charles McDowell and wife, Tabatha Nicole, of Church Point; his daughter, Elizabeth Bella McDowell of New Iberia; two brothers, Richard McDowell and wife, Becky, of Duson, and Charles Leo McDowell, Jr. and wife, Mary, of Lafayette; two sisters, Bridget McDowell of Lafayette, and Maureen McDowell of Jacksonville, FL; and six grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Leo McDowell, Sr. and Anne Loughran McDowell.
