Seth Wayne Guidry

Cecilia - A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 2:00 pm, on Wednesday, December 18, 2013, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cecilia, for Seth Wayne Guidry, 24, who passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2013, at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Pellerin Funeral Home in Cecilia from 5:00 pm Tuesday until 1:30 pm on Wednesday. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm on Tuesday. Fr. Michael Delcambre and Fr. Gary Schexnyder will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Reading the scriptures for the service will be Jesse Guidry, Sheila Hebert and Bonnie Lanclos. Gift bearers will be Heather Latiolais, Heidi Robin and Barbara Guidry. Music will be provided by Hunter Courville and Kevin Naquin. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Cecilia. He was a well known musician who loved spending his free time with his wife and family. Seth touched the hearts of many people around the community. He was currently playing bass with Kevin Naquin and Ossun Playboys, but was well known for the accordion. He enjoyed playing cards and board games with his family and spending quality time with his beloved cousins, Avlyn and Cladia Latiolais. He was employed with USMed Equipment.
