Stacie Broussard Campbell

Cecilia A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 pm, on Saturday, February 8, 2014, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cecilia, for Stacie Broussard Campbell, 50, who passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2014, at Lafayette General Medical Center. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 3:00 pm until 10:00 pm on Friday, and continue on Saturday at 7:00 am until 12:30 pm, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Cecilia. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm on Friday. Rev. Michael Delcambre will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Scriptures will be read by Lisa Sonnier and Jackie Cormier. Gift Bearers will be Kelcie and Kamron Campbell and Elise and Baylon Sonnier. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph Mausoleum in Cecilia. Stacie was a 1981 graduate of Cecilia High School. She was employed by Atmos Energy in Lafayette for over 30 years and was currently serving as an Information Technology Specialist. She enjoyed car racing, racing go-karts, classic cars, and cooking and entertaining for her family and friends. Stacie was indeed the life of any party and made sure everyone was having a wonderful time. Stacie was a loving and devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and a wonderful and caring friend to many. She treasured and valued times spent with her family and friends. God has blessed us all with another Angel and Stacies presence will be sadly missed by her family and friends, but the memory of her warm smile and caring heart will forever remain with us as a beautiful memory. She is survived by her best friend and loving husband of 26 years, Bobby Campbell of Cecilia; her children, Kelcie and Kamron Campbell, of Cecilia; her parents, William "Tom" and Stella Jane Hebert Broussard of Cecilia; her brother, Keith Broussard and wife, Janet, of Cecilia; and three sisters, Cynthia Duplechien and husband, D.J., of Cecilia, Martha Broussard of Cecilia, and Lisa Sonnier and husband, Rocky, of Breaux Bridge. Pallbearers will be Kamron Campbell, Baylon Sonnier, Rocky Sonnier, Bryan Miller, Dennis Pickering, Dane Guidry, and Billy Patin. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Joseph Adoration Chapel, P.
