Tommy C Brice

New Iberia Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, July 20, 2014 at the First United Methodist Church in New Iberia for Tommy C. Brice, 71, who passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2014, at Iberia Medical Center. A gathering of family and friends will be Sunday from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the church. Rev. Scott Bullock will officiate. Mr. Brice proudly and honorably served in the Louisiana Army National Guard and thoroughly enjoyed his 27 years of service with the guard. He worked as a consultant in small business developments for many years. As a pastime he enjoyed playing golf and shooting pool. Tommy loved spending time with his family and friends, but he especially treasured those times spent with his grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by his wife, children, grandchildren, and numerous friends. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Pamela Shaughnessy Brice of New Iberia; his son, Thomas Yancey Brice of Lafayette; his daughter, Polly Brice Davis and her husband, Joe, of New Iberia; his sister, Sherion B. Lourd of New Iberia; three grandchildren, Quentin Pharr, Mallory Pharr, and Nicholas Davis; and three nephews, one niece, and their families.
