New Iberia Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 22, 2014, at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia, for Trinity Trent Gary, 38, who died on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 in New Iberia. Rev. Scott Bullock will officiate. A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday from 12 Noon until 2:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home, in New Iberia. A native and lifelong resident of New Iberia, Trinity was born on August 29, 1975, and was an avid New Orleans Saints Fan. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Survivors include his mother, Janice Knight of New Iberia; brothers, Justin Hawkins and wife Nikki, Hutch Knight, Nick Derouen and wife Hope, Roy Gary, III all of New Iberia; sister, Tabitha Knight of New Iberia; aunt, Roxanne Lain and husband Frank of New Iberia; nephews, Hunter Dubois, Trae Dubois, Drake Hawkins; nieces, Raeli Hawkins, Dayton Gary, Angie Derouen, Gabrielle Derouen; paternal grandfather, Roy Gary, Sr. of New Iberia. He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Gary, Jr.; maternal grandmother, Shirley Wynn Case; maternal grandfather, George Wynn; paternal grandmother, Elvina Desormeaux; and a niece, Raynlyn Knight. Honorary Pallbearers will be Justin Hawkins, Wyatt Gary, Wayne Gary, Squeaky Dean Davidson, Chris Wolgast, and Hutch Knight.
