Vincent was born on December 10, 1955 in Covington. He was a man whose spirit was as vast as the open skies above the oilfields that he cherished working in. Vinnie's career was not just a job; it was a passion that filled his days with purpose and joy, an embodiment of his hardworking nature and dedication.

Outside of his professional life, Vinnie was a man of diverse interests and boundless enthusiasm. His love for boats painted countless sunsets with memories of adventure on tranquil waters. Riding his Harley was more than just a hobby; it was a lifestyle that made his heart race and brought him a sense of freedom that few could appreciate. Through wind-blown journeys, he found solace and camaraderie among fellow riders, mingling laughter and stories along the way.

Vinnie held a special place in his heart for his beloved camp, a retreat where the laughter of friends and family would often echo. There, surrounded by nature's embrace, he created cherished memories and fostered connections that deepened his appreciation for the simple joys of life. Nothing was more precious to Vinnie than spending time with his best buddy Davinci, a companion who brought him happiness and companionship that filled his days with warmth.

He is survived by his significant other for 15 years, Suzette LeGrand; daughters, Beverly Francis McIntyre (TJ Adams), Leslie Chandler (Troy); son, Travis LeGrand; 3 loving sisters, Christine, Glenda and Charlette (Roger); grandchildren, Steve Louis McIntyre, Richard Alvin Blow, Gaige Dugas, Gabrielle Melancon and Grasey Mae Chandler; great-grandchildren, Alex, Lil Vinnie, Estella Dugas, Rhylee Melancon, Eliiotte Dugas and Elijah Dugas; fur boy, Davinci.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Frances McIntyre.
