Cecilia- A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., on Saturday, December 11, 2010, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cecilia, for Will Craig Courville, 51, who passed away on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Cecilia. Fr. Michael Delcambre will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Scriptures will be read by Jared Wyatt and Aaron Guidry. Craig was employed in the oilfield and construction business for a number of years. He was avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. Craig's greatest enjoyment in his life was spending time with his family; he will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him. Survivors include his wife, Ellen Latiolais Courville of Breaux Bridge; his parents, Douglas J. and Lou Ella Guidry Courville of Breaux Bridge; his daughters, Cheramie Dayle Courville, Mia Lacey Reilly and her husband, Guy, and Parris Regina Courville, all of Breaux Bridge; his brother, Douglas Michael Courville of Breaux Bridge, his sisters, Celia Courville Farquhar of Lafayette and Molli Courville Johnson of Breaux Bridge; and his grandson, William Patrick Reilly. He was preceded in death by his nephews, Gabe Courville Farquhar and Roddie Lee Rodriguez; his father-in-law, James Latiolais; and his brother-in-law, Gary James Latiolais. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Friday and continue at 7 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. on Saturday. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pallbearers will be Toby Rodriguez, Clint Latiolais, Kale Courville, Nicholas Miller, John Michael Courville, Andrew Miller, and Blain Courville. The family would like to express their sincere thanks to Hospice of Acadiana, Dr. Warren Degatur and his staff, and they would also like to acknowledge and give special thanks to the private duty nurses who became a part of the family; Pearl Guidroz, Jacqueline Lavergne, Tina Wyatt, Andrea Artigue, Virginia Jones, Rita Mackenzie, Margaret Tezeno, and Ora Serrette, you will always and forever be in our thoughts and prayers, for your constant and devoted care given to Craig over the years.
